After losing my virginity, is there a place for me in Jesus?

Everyone has a past; the good, the bad and the ugly. Many times it is the bad and ugly past that prevents us from moving forward in life. The guilt, pain, forgiveness, hate, anger still taste as raw as it did back then.  Sometimes it gets to us so much that it leaves us empty and broken.
My friend, you may be broken; you may think your life is beyond repair, may be you “fallen off the wagon” and everything looks so dark and hopeless. Perhaps you feel like it is too late –like things are now so messed up for you even to have a hope. But allow me to share with you this truth today, your life is not beyond repair! It is not over until God says it’s over! No matter how dark your life looks, with Christ your future is bright. Our God is a God of restoration! He is a God of new things. A new life, a new beginning, new covenant, new hearts, and new way of doing things. Because he is a God of new things there is always hope and future. There is joy and peace. Listen what the Scripture says, “I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD” Jeremiah 30: 17.
I read something one day that hit me, it says “If you think that you’ve messed up God’s plans for your life, remember this, that you, my dear, aren’t that powerful”
Many may be given up on you; even at this moment you may struggling with a lot of questions and crying from the depth of your soul and saying when is God heal me? Restore me? When is my time, Lord? The list of your question may be long, but let me tell you this today; your life is not beyond restoration. Your situation is not your destination. No matter how hard it looks God will never give up on you. God is not like people; He will be with us through the thick and thin. Despite your past, despite what you have been through, God will never give up on his children.
Romans 8:1 says “Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.” If Jesus has freed you, you’re free indeed!
Today, open your heart for God’s healing. Come to the master craftsman. He specializes in taking what is not and creating what is. He is in the business of restoring hopes, broken dreams, wounded spirits, troubled minds, and hopeless lives. Come as you are! Bring your situation that seems hopeless, dim, broken, beyond repair and without luster, God can restore and make it new. There is nothing beyond his power of restoration. God can restore, and God can forgive, and God can take a broken vessel and remake and refashion all over again.

My friends, you don’t have to try to fix the problem on your own, you don’t have to be weighed down by the cares of this world. Let it go and let God take care of it. In fact, if God says I will take care it, he already did. Don’t try to cover up. Don’t try to clean up by yourself. You just come to Jesus and he will take all your sins and gives you new life. He will give you peace and hope. He will give you meaning to your life. He will satisfy you and make you whole. It is never too late to find God’s healing for your brokenness. Do not allow your present or past brokenness keep you from claiming what is yours. God’s favor is upon you. Today, allow him to restore you lovingly, and you will never be the same again. Bring your brokenness to Him, and ask Him to restore you, make you new and heal and set you free from those things in your past, whether they’ve been done to you, or whether it’s something that you have chosen to do. When God restore your life he will make it a brand new life. He will give you a resurrection. He will restore what you have lost!

Does the fact that God has promised to always be with us and restore whatever we lot with His love, joy, comfort etc, give us liberty to do wrong?  Does it give a girl liberty to go on sleeping around? Or a guy to keep on smoking? Absolutely not! “Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Romans 6:1-2. The love of God shouldn’t be taken for granted. It should be honoured and cherished, held sacred and seen as privilege to be called ‘His Sons and Daughters’.
I would always tell people, if you TRULY love God, you wouldn’t want to hurt Him. May God continue to keep us in His Grace and  Love.
